Return & Refund Policy

Returns
You have ​30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you regarding the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Upon completion of the return, you will receive an email notification.
Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.

We understand that you could have shopped anywhere but choose Lyfe and Culture instead, we stand behind our quality and commitment and realize exchanges will occur.


Exchange
If you initially purchased an item that was available or on sale but currently is not available and you would like to exchange it for a different size, color or item, please contact us. Additionally, if we incorrectly shipped the wrong item, please give us a call or send an email.


Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non​refundable.
All purchases can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. Some restrictions apply.
